colors of the the jungle scattered in the clouds
tears of the earth cascading down my back
steamy water bringing hearts together
hands touch, hearts skip
tape tears as i lose my breath
the final lap, the final win
hair blown in the wind, eyes shining with green
stomachs aching, eyes tearing, smiles gleaming
surfing the powder in the night
bringing together the broken pieces
the white ball taken by the earth
gold lain across my chest
